Alone
I am alone
Like the night without stars,
Like a house without a phone,
Like teeth without tar.

A Maze
Life is a maze,
Do you know why?
We see the past and future
In a deep, dark haze.
Life is a maze,
Understand how?
Everything is so confusing,
You can count your pace.
Life is a maze,
Are we at the end?
Notice most things come to a finish
Because we eventually find our ways.

Cannot Go On
Little Sarah was sure to fail
Because all she had was a pail.
With no shovel or sand,
She could not tell where is her hand,
So she said, "Again, I flailed!"

Colour Me Fleurs
I am blue like the forget-me-nots,
Crying with advancing sorrow.
I am green like the molucellas,
Glaring with uncontrollable envy.
I am purple like the iris',
Surging with such deep rage.
I am red like the dahlias,
Flushing with even embarassment.
I am yellow like the narcissus',
Relaxing in the calming sun.

I Dub You
I dub you a knight,
I dub you to fight.
I dub for you the show,
Now what else do I know?

Robin Bird
Dead young robin bird:
Do not fear the day of night
For it is pure light.

Sorrowful Days
I am full of sorrow,
And will be tomorrow.
Nothing could possibly ease this pain
So I decided to refrain
From jumping off a willow
By using a pillow.

Spring
Can you feel the breeze
Blowing softly in your face
In the calming spring?

Teeter-Totter
A fly went below,
Ready to depart the dark,
But left in a gut.

The Plump Hump
I once found a hump
That was very plump
In a deep, dark dump.
But why was it there?
I also wonder "where".
It is best I not get into this affair.

Thoughts of my Poems
They may be lame,
They may be worth fame,
But never-the-less,
They shant be the same!

We Are Together
We have walked a frightening path,
So do you think we can still be aghast?
To be together down and around,
It is amazing we have never had a rebound.
We have been friends for so long,
Yet why do we not have our own song?
With just a few poetic lines,
Everybody could know of our times!
But please pause a while,
For I have realized something during our walk across this aisle!
Is this not a poem being said?
How silly of me not to have noticed it being read!

Wind of Spring
Quiet,
Can you hear it?
The calming wind of spring
Blowing the leaves of the trees so high.
Silence.
